According to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), your personal data may be processed by PeraPole Software and Information Technical Trade Inc. ("Company") as explained below.

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data;

Your collected personal data may be processed within the scope explained below by our Company for the purposes ("Purposes") and legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law and the purposes of processing personal data specified in the Law.

Based on the legal ground of the necessity of processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject;

• Provision of support services to PeraPole users,
• Execution of PeraPole user and customer relations,
• Planning and execution of customer and/or Supplier satisfaction and corporate communication activities,
• Updating information of PeraPole users and customers,
• Pursuit and execution of legal affairs,
• Conducting audit and ethical activities,
• Analysis of PeraPole user and customer satisfaction

Based on the legal ground of being explicitly stipulated in the laws and being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation;

• Updating information of PeraPole users and customers,
• Fulfillment of official institution requests,
• Providing information to competent authorities in accordance with legislation,
• Ensuring compliance with the obligations stipulated by legislation regarding retention,
• Responding to requests of data subjects in accordance with the legislation and carrying out necessary procedures.

Based on the legal ground of being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right;

• Receipt, evaluation, and resolution of your requests and complaints,
• Retention of personal data throughout the general statute of limitations period in order to constitute evidence in possible future disputes.
• Transfer of Processed Personal Data to Whom and for What Purposes

In accordance with the purposes stated above, it may be transferred to our service providers, business partners within the scope of our legitimate interests, to authorized public institutions as legally stipulated and to authorized private persons in accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified in Article 8 of the Law within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law.

Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through the PeraPole website of our Company via electronic means and/or through the registration you made to our system via e-mail, phone calls or whatsapp lines and through the relevant platform(s) in compliance with the data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law.

Rights of the Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of the Law

We inform you that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant provisions, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To demand the compensation of the damages in case of suffering damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you submit the Application Form to our Company, our Company will fulfill your request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, free of charge.

However, although this process is free of charge, if your request requires an additional cost, our Company may charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
